Application
The client has had issues with sticky glass waste material in the past and the dust that is created from its processing. The client needed to seal the process as well as allow easy access for cleaning of the screening media.
Solution
Vibroflow offered cross tension polyurethane screening decks which offer a low friction surface to eliminate the sticking problem.
Covers with quick release clamps were installed. A cover with an exhaust outlet was placed near the discharge end of the unit which allows a fan system to suck out any airborne dust.
