Application
RDT Australia needed to screen to separate heavy rocks and concrete from dust and gravel like particles in a construction and demolition waste processing facility.
The product was to be fed and discharged by belt conveyor either side of the screen.
Solution
The screen supplied for this application included a sub resonant drive system with laser cut finger screening decks.
Liners are integrated into the deck system to protect the body of the vibratory screen.
Under size material is discharge via a 90 degree side chute onto a bunk. The smaller particles are also abrasive so the bottom is lined with replaceable mild steel liners.
The discharge is tapered so that material will fit onto the receiving belt conveyor.
Motors are located on the side of the unit for easy access and maintenance.
