Application
A grizzly screening system was required to screen out oversize lumps of a hard wearing carbon by product.
The unit needed to fit into an existing system, take a load and remove particles smaller than 90mm.
Solution
A vibratory feeder was supplied with a Bisalloy lined impact deck. The impact deck was 500mm in length which the remainder of the unit was grizzly bars.
Each grizzly bar was lined with Bisalloy with a curved final liner to ensure that there was no blinding of the screening area.
The unit was suspended with rods and capped isolating springs.
