Food company had an old roller conveyor to transition their pies onto a belt conveyor. During the transition process the pies would flip and build up.
The roller conveyor was also quite old and was hard to replace when parts got damaged.
Solution
Vibroflow built a food grade stainless steel vibratory conveyor as a transition point between oven and belt conveyor to replace their old roller conveyor.
The unit had to have easy access and be easy to clean.
