Vibrating Screens are used to separate material based on physical size.
They use vibration to sift material along a screen medium. Smaller particles pass through the medium while larger particles pass over the top. The smaller particles then pass onto another deck on a double or triple deck screen.
Depending on process requirements the vibrating screens can be designed to discharge different cuts either at the end, to the side, underneath or via discharge chutes.
