Vibrating screens: powerful and time-saving
As a vibrating screen manufacturer our equipment is designed to split up materials of different sizes. Common specific uses for these items include removal of certain types of powder while you are de-dusting, breaking apart pieces of material (with a lump breaker), and more.
Our customisation options mean that we can fit your vibrating screen around your needs during the design and installation process. Perhaps, for example, you have specific priorities when it comes to the operation angle of your vibrating screen. Screens which are horizontal in shape won't be able to get through as much material, but they will be able to offer you an accurate and pinpointed sizing function. Lower operation angles, though, mean that the amount of screening space you have will go down, but you'll be able to get through larger material more efficiently.
We can also advise you on which liner materials to go for. Rubber or even polyurethane liners are often used when working with materials that have adhesive qualities, as they reduce the number of deposits left. Steel liners, such as Bisalloy, can be provided if the materials you are working with may damage the surface of the trough.
By working with you and understanding your requirements, we can help you get to a stage where you know exactly what type of vibrating screen you need.
