Application

Lumps above 10mm needed to be removed from a fertiliser bagging process. The lumps could reach a max of 35mm. The flow rate was 120tph. The screen was to be fed via a loading hopper and fed onto a stacker conveyor.

Solution

A very simple direct drive screen was offered. This unit was made up of four side plates, motor base and deck support. The motors were located ontop for simplicity and efficiency.

This unit is a standard example of a simple scalping solution for uncomplicated materials.
