Application
A single 13 meter long vibratory conveyor needed replacing but due to access requirements, installation of a like replacement was not feasible. The product conveyed is a diamond slurry so security measures also needed to be installed.
Solution
Two 6.5m long vibratory conveyors were supplied. This solution made installation more cost effective and allowed easier access for future maintenance.
Both conveyors are of a sub resonant design, similar to the original unit. Motor power is a mere 0.75kw per conveyor.
The stainless steel troughs are lined with polyurethane to reduce the chances of material sticking to the trough.
Quick release covers were installed as a security measure and to prevent any contamination.
